Fillings and Flavours
Our delicious cakes are always freshly baked for each order (no pre-frozen or bought in cakes are used) and are flavoured using the best quality organic ingredients wherever possible to ensure they always taste excellent. We use unwaxed organic lemons, high quality Belgian chocolate, raspberry, strawberry and apricot conserves (no jams), pure organic free-trade coffee and fresh organic fruits. All our cakes and fillings are made with 100% pure, unsalted butter and locally sourced free-range eggs.
Our rich fruit cake is truly rich, dark and moist and is prepared by soaking the fruit in brandy for three days before cooking.
