Lead Times
Please allow a minimum of two months notice when ordering a wedding cake and two weeks for other celebration cakes, however, depending upon our commitments, acceptance of shorter notice orders may be possible.
Payment Terms
To confirm an order a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required. The balance is due two working days before delivery/collection.
Design Alterations
Alterations to the design of your wedding cake need to be notified to us no less than one month before the date of delivery/collection, and no less than one week before delivery/collection for other celebration cakes. If an alteration affects the cost we will adjust the balance accordingly.
Delivery/Collection and Set Up
Delivery to Exmouth, Lympstone, Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton is ₤5. Delivery charges to other areas are available upon request. Alternatively you may collect your cake from our premises in Exmouth. If you choose delivery of you wedding cake, a set up service is available from ₤25 and we will liaise with the banqueting team at the venue regarding timings and set up.
